FYI, just wanted to let you know. For over 2 years, I have been taking DHEA. It did what I wanted it to do, but I had no clue one of it's side effects were acne and oily skin. As soon as I stopped taking DHEA, so did my acne.

Makes sense. DHEA and DHEAS levels are quite often linked to acne. It's also one of the testosterone precursors and gets converted all the way to DHT in the skin.

Meat and fats increase DHEA right? So could vegeterian diet help acne?
