I'm 30 and have PCOS. My hormones are pretty under control, meaning I have a regular menstrual cycle. However, something is still amiss because my acne is persistent. It is worse mid-cycle and a few days before my period. I'm not sure which hormone is to blame for this. I've heard good things about natural progesterone cream, but I'm afraid to rock the boat. Has anyone had their acne get worse on progesterone cream?
