Question About Milk

I've had very clear skin now for the past few months. For some reason I started to drink milk again. Maybe because it taste good, or I'm just trying to get cheap protein in me smile.png Anyway my face has literally exploded just within the past four days. Its all red and I have a ton of nasty cysts and white heads all along my jawline and mouth. I started with the milk about two weeks ago, so for the first week everything was fine which led me to believe it was now good with me or something.

My questions are. Do you think this is related to milk? Is it usually a long delay like this. I eat allot of cheese (pizza) and ice cream regularly and that never does anything. The only real thing i changed was the milk addition.

I went to the doc this morning because I look like a monster and its painful to do my job with shit all over my face. It hurts to open my mouth. I begged for a prednisone pack. Got one. Hopefully this will help. I'm going to stay away from milk.

Are there more hormones in milk alone than say yogurt, ice cream, cheese?....

Thanks

Many of the problematic hormones and other substances are reduced by fermentation.

See this study of milk intake and acne: http://dermatology.c...acne/danby.html

Shows that not only is there a correlation between consumption of milk and acne, but that SKIM milk and LOW FAT milk consumers developed more acne than WHOLE milk consumers.

Dairy consumption has been linked to acne (not to mention ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, and other diseases) in many studies. It's the immense amount of hormones and insulin-like substances contained in milk. After all the purpose of milk is to get calves to put on weight extremely quickly.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17083856

"We found a positive association between intake of milk and acne."

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18194824

"We found a positive association between intake of skim milk and acne. This finding suggests that skim milk contains hormonal constituents, or factors that influence endogenous hormones, in sufficient quantities to have biological effects in consumers."

"restriction of milk consumption or generation of less insulinotropic milk will have an enormous impact on the prevention of epidemic western diseases like obesity, diabetes mellitus, cancer, neurodegenerative diseases and acne."

Yogurt, kefir and cheese are fermented dairy products.
