im used to sleeping with my face on the pillows and sleeping on my stomach. i think this plays a big part on my acne but i dont know how to break from this habit.... am i the only one who has this problem???

i used to have this too. you just have to condition yourself to sleep on your back. it's totally possible.

 

also, covering your pillow with a clean towel or sheet everyday could help.

i used to do the same, i forced myself to sleep on my back and now i have no problem falling asleep on my back :)

I meditate by sleeping on my back before bed.

 

Eventually if I am that tired, I sleep without realizing.

I do that too, and deep breathing is great to relax too!
