Hi,

Would someone be able to advise? Since eating healthy and drinking some water my skin seems to be more aggravated? I've been super healthy but my skin seems worse, why is this?

Really what's the point in eating healthy if it's going to worsen my skin? I don't get this.. what is happening.. just when I thought my skin was getting better

No sugars, no gluten no dairy or wheat. Just mainly salads and meats along with water and fruits.

Are you doing any probiotics? Your gut absolutely can't heal without them.

Living bacteria that goes inside of you and helps to repopulate your healthy gut flora. Sources include fermented foods like kimchee, saurkraut, kefir, water kefir, etc.

Also there are probiotic supplements.

I have intolerance's to quite a lot foods so not sure I can take probiotics? Is there no tablet form you can take? Also is this why my skin is probably worse?

Read the link I posted. It should fill you in on my take on all of this. Basically, most of us have messed up gut flora. It can play a role in acne.

Read that, I'm just confused though.. how can I include probiotics in my new diet? I'm eating all what I've listed above, do I need to take a certain supplement? What does the probiotic do too?
