One of my major problems not just with acne is my poor healing. A pimple last 3 weeks, then a redmark take it place for what it seems like a year and now a few pimples a week turns into terrible skin. Now I think it has alot to do with my poor circulation. I have low blood pressure which according to doctors is good but I think it severley hinders my healing.

Now after some google-fu these are some of the treatments I've found

1. Spices

2. Alternate hot and cold water

3. Exercise

4. Yoga

I used to play soccer all time so I'm not sure exerciseing more will help that much. I'm currently trying alternate hot and cold water but it dries out my skin. I don't think I have enough patience for Yoga and I'm looking into spices.

Does anyone have any insight on this? Ways to increase circulation? Ways to spead up healing? Anything?

Increase your zinc intake preferably from natural sources like juicing.

Exercising more will help. It also regulates your hormones, and hormones play a role in your acne too. Exercise will get your blood circulation working by sending blood faster to every part of your body and delivering nutrients faster and getting rid of toxins faster, and toxins from sweat will come out of body and then all you have to do is wash your face after.
