How Do You Replace Wheat?

I really could use some helpful advice because foods like bread, pasta etc. takes a huge part in my diet

Rice, potatoes. There are gluten free alternatives, but it all becomes very expensive if you eat it regularly.

There are plenty of alternatives, but be careful not to make them a "huge" part of your diet. These things simply shouldn't be a huge part of your diet period, wheat gluten or not. Other grains aren't great for you either. You will probably be fine with them in moderation, but you should base your diet around nutrient dense foods like greens, vegetables and healthy proteins. Think of grains as something to eat a few times a week, not a staple, if you must eat them at all.
