I been doing a bit of cardio (25 min. + cool down 4-6 times per week), in order to enhance my insulin sensitivity...
However, whenever I get on a strict exercise regimen my period ends up disappearing. I think this is because of a lack of body fat from all of the exercise.
Anyhow, I'm in a catch-22 situation -- exercise seems to help my skin, but it is also wreaking havoc on my now not-so-monthy cycle. Has anyone else had this problem?
What did you do?
I should add that I've been doing intermittent fasting in the past ~1.5 months.
