Ive been having fermented dairy for a long time now and it doesnt cause any problems. Even though im on my 6month of accutane i know it doesnt cause problems as i still break out from other foods. I tried organic whey protein and i got a reaction. Nuts and coconut milk still cause problems. But as long as i stick to paleo , fermented dairy doesnt do a thing. I swear i can have as much as i want without cause. Why is this? Whats your experience?

Which is better soft or hard cheese?

Reduces the lactose and many anti nutrients. And I think it reduces the IgF1 and/or enzyme involved in converting T to DHT.

Also, whey is a byproduct of cheeses making and often strained out of yogurt such as Greek yogurt. And whey contains most of the insulinemic amino acids in dairy.

A whole lot better. I get 5 year aged cheese from a crappy brand, it's cheaper and better than most other cheeses (from better sources) solely due to the age.

Good bacteria is required to produce biotin and vitamin k. Plus yogurt/kefir helps increase white blood cells. Should taken in moderation if constipation is not an issue.

"Mature Chedder Cheese". Some of them are called Vintage as well.

Could be many reasons for this. Fermented dairy is easier to digest. So if you have problems with lactose or milk proteins, fermenting could help. It also reduces IGF-1 levels in milk by 75%, if I remember correctly. Compared to milk yogurt has less of an impact on postprandial insulin and IGF-1 levels. Could also be that probiotics in fermented dairy help your gut.

Nuts and coconut. Could be sensitivity reaction or omega-3/6 balance issue?
