some people say that acne and diet are not related. I used to be one of them. Before I went to McDonald's a couple of days ago my skin was clearing up due to the Regimen, no longer masturbating and taking zinc. At McD I had 6 chicken mc nuggets and some fries. A day later my skin was in a terrible state from which it is now very slowly recovering.
I don't get junk food at home so maybe I'm just not used to it but I definitely do think that there's a correlation between my consumption of McDonald's food and my acne breaking out!
I actually had a double quarter pounder with cheese (lol) from there 5 days ago and was completely worried I would break out over the day after. Didn't happened though and I've actually been getting better and better this week!
Ya never know what caused the breakout. And also remember that the same foods don't cause acne for everyone.
An interesting experiment: Maybe try eating the same meal in like a month and see something similar happens.
Stay confident that you WILL have clear skin if you keep working on it! Don't set minor setbacks get you down!
I been saying this. Had a Big Mac some years ago, and broke out in 30 minutes! Also ate at appleby's 3 times and broke out in less than 40 minutes each time! It's something they cook with because I just ate a salad on the third try, and I still got an infllamed cyst.
Yesterday I ate a ton of cupcakes, brownies, cookies, etc. Let's see what happens to my skin!
I suspect I have leaky gut. It causes food sensitivities. So if I eat apples, cow's milk, or cabbage for example, I breakout. But if I eat poptarts, there really isn't a significant effect. 5 guys gets me bad, though.
