how can open heart surgery be more straight forward and predictable than filling a few pores in? its comple madness

the agony over my scarring has aged me, given me mental illness's and destoryed my social life

i dont even have the mental strengh to sit on the train with a bloody face after getting needled/ lasered looking like ive been butchered by a wild puma and then acid faced. not once, 4 or 5 times every month with more chance of looking worse than better at the end of it
