someone help me please!
ive been struggling with acne since 6th grade, especially on my forehead. there was a dance at my school on Friday, and I didn't want ugly pimples all over my face, so I hopped in the shower and scrubbed (using the Exuviance oily skin face wash) an area between my eyebrows raw. it was red, so I put some peroxide on it. then I put some concealer on the area and went to the dance.
i woke up on Saturday with a giant red scab on my face!!!!! I looked up home remedies and put a paste of baking soda, water, and a little bit of raw honey on the scab. it burned a lot. I also used the lush mask of magnaminty on it.
now it's Sunday, and I reapplied the baking soda paste earlier and washed it off. I've also been carefully washing the area with the Exuviance wash a couple times. I'm drinking a lot of water and not picking at it, but nothing is working! the only thing it's done is pull together a little at the edges. please help!! if anyone has any overnight treatments that would be amazing because I don't want to go to school with a giant scab on my face. thank you!

This probably won't heal by Monday...just conceal the best you can with makeup before school, maybe wear a hat to cover your forehead if it's still really noticeable. Or, cut some bangs, this will hide it if you don't mind a drastic hairstyle change!

It should shrink a lot in the next week or two...apply a triple antibiotic ointment nightly, this will help speed up healing, apply a Band-Aid over it before bed. Otherwise just leave alone.

Lesson learned...no harsh scrubbing! But it's a surface wound...it should be OK and probably won't even leave a mark, or at most a red mark that will fade on its own.

Good luck!
