Dear acne. Since you come in to my life you have caused me nothing but pain, misery, embarrassment and deteriorated my mental health. I'd love to be able to wake up in the morning and be able to think about something else rather than what I'm going to be greeted to in the mirror! You have turned me into a person that I don't even recognise anymore. You have exhausted me and have given me crippling anxiety. Before you my life was perfect, now I struggle and I mean struggle to get through the day. This is just how I feel towards you. Thank you for ruining my life.

Your struggles are heard loud and clear on this forum, and I empathize with you (as all of us here do). One thing I learned after many painful years of acne: it can, and WILL, go away with the proper lifestyle changes. It took me years to figure it out (without accutane/meds), but I'm essentially acne-free now, and have been for a while.

Unfortunately we live in a world where industries distort fact from fiction, so it's confusing to know what exact steps to take in order to realize the cause of acne, diseases, etc. Before I get too far ahead of myself, I'll just say acne is DEFINITELY something that can be controlled naturally, you just need to reset your body in order for it to do its job.

**Look at my post under 'Diet & Holistic health', you may want to give some of my methods a try. If you have any more questions just pm me.
