I'm noaccutance expert but i have heard that it can take several months to work and that its not unusual for some people'sacne to even get a littleworse before it gets better.Since you've come this far with accutane its probablyworth sticking with it for a few more months to see weather its going to work for you or not. I know its so hard to be patient when you're trying a new treatment.

I've been crying alot myself lately. Try not to let all the awful thoughts in your head control you too much. Hate the acne, not yourself. Its not our fault we have this condition. We are just the victims.

3 months in is nothing. I'm sure if you read logs and even youtube videos - no-one is clear in 3 months. Personally O was a lot worse. Active acne was less on my back and chest, but my face was covered in red marks and acne. I didn't clear until the 5th month. Seriously, stop worrying .. I know it's a hard drug but it will get better. Accutane is not instant fix. What helped me the most was watching accutane youtube logs everyday and realizing I wasn't alone

I'll try to stop worrying ...I've noticed that the blackheads on my nose (that were very visible about a week ago) are completely gone now, I guess that's an improvement?

I'm trying to be positive by reminding myself that the nodules I got were around the time that I had my period, and that always causes me to break out badly...

I'm back to panicking...I have several closed comedones on my forehead, a few of them are red now but not actually pimples....What do I do...
