How would you improve your quality of life? What would you do differently? What would you do less/more of?

Be happy PERIOD.

-I would finally feel free to wear clothing that stands out.

-I would feel so much more comfortable going out.

-I would finally look in the mirror and smile for the first time.

-I would go back to doing activities that I used to enjoy.

-I would feel confident enough to date again.

-I would be more social & outgoing (like before).

-Applying makeup wouldn't be as much of a struggle.

-I would finally feel normal and not like some outcast.

-Wouldn't feel as hopeless or lonely.

-I would finally feel like I'm good enough and be content with who I am.

-I would work on the emotional trauma that acne has left me with.

Find her, share in many experiences and feel what it is really like to live every moment, laugh everyday, and love beyond words, marry her, make babies and spend more time with family.

Fix the scars, which are worse.

Alot of these can be done while you are working on your skin and may actually improve your skin, just by reducing stress. Have you considered jumping right in?

Living every moment now means being brave enough to not allow acne to be your excuse for why you cannot "find her" and do all of those desired things. Can you be brave?
