I've had a great two months. things were starting to get better. I started seeing slow improvements and told myself that here, my changes are finally kicking in, the clean diet, the omega 3, the almost-caveman-regimen. after almost two years of trying everything under the son and pretty much cutting off all social contacts.

and my heart was starting to open up again and I started seeing myself in the mirror again and now, over the last 3 - 4 days, almost back to square one. and I don't even know why. my body just does what it wants.

there's nothing worse than false hope, I'm feeling so down right now :(

couldn't agree more- it's so painful emotionally- I can't tell you how many bouts I've had like that, one step forward and two back

but don't give up, journal everything, you were on to something there, eating right is a good thing

attack it on multiple fronts, diet, topicals, try some laser treatments like IPL or Smoothbeam...do NOT give up!

I know what you mean but look a bit more in depth in to it. If it has worked for over two months then your doing something right. Just examine everything that has happened in the past few days that you have done differently. There's got to be something.

Don't get sloppy. Start fighting that acne again. Good luck

yeah true. it has to be something I changed, I suspect I know what it is but it's never 100% clear cut since acne can be affected by so many things.

I'm very methodological about it and have been documenting daily what I eat, supplements, skin care regimen for almost two years now, and it does help, but at some point it gets so tiring to keep taking steps back. just tired.
