I suffer from anxiety and believe I have general anxiety disorder or something similar. Would treating my anxiety possibly clear all acne outbreaks? I dont get bad acne anyway, I use to, just wondering if I can prevent anxiety then maybe no more acne outbreaks?

I think in a way...it will at least not make it worse. I started taking prozac about 6 months ago and it helps me not to have panic attacks and become as stressed/obsessed over things. It definitely has not made my skin worse.I find that when I stress out I break out more so staying calm helps. Honestly, though I don't think I'll ever stop breaking out completely.
