I know what you mean, I hate getting my photograph taken in any way shape or form!

And it always annoys me when people ask what my problem is as I would think it's obvious that I wouldn't want to document the state of my skin.

But! I'm trying to be positive and keep thinking that in a few years time when I have no photographic memories to look back on I know I'll regret it.

So try to focus on what that photograph or selfie or whatever actually means to you - the moment, the person you're with.
