I'm in my mid twenties now but since the age of 13 I've been the guy with acne, i've been 'spotty' I've been 'pizza face' and every other acne related name you can think of. I embraced it ina sort of messed up kind of way and just became that guy with acne, but does anyone ever feel like if they did clear up then they don't know who they are?
It would be a great feeling because you would no longer be that person who has spots and you could be anyone and anything you wanted, but after so long of being seen a certain way it would also be kind of overwhelming to not be the person you've been so long . . . that guy with acne and spots and the messed up face.
Is it just me that wants clear skin evryday but also wonders if they did get it where they'd go from there? I know we all imagine about how confident we'd and what a totally different person we'd be if we woke up with clear skin, but i think the reality is very different, it would still be an amzing experience but still very different from what we imagine.
I understand, it would change how you perceive yourself and how you think other people perceive you.I think if you did get rid of the problem people would probably see you in somewhat of a different light, maybe they would feel happy for you. You have to remember that we are all Normal human beings, we are not monsters and we are defined by how we act and what our life is and we are not defined by our skin. Someone with Acne could be the greatest person in the world or the worst, you can't tell until you know them.
