I have been affected very badly by a combination of out of control acne on the neck/chest/back/upper arms, breakouts on the /forehead, huge enlarged pores on the face, a red butterfly rash (giving me the raccoon look). Whats horrible is there seems to be an epicenter of redness on the upper lips by the nostrils.

Due to my appearance it's evident that I'd be depressed by my prospects in today's dating scene.. I've come to the decision that I'd rather devote all my efforts to work and achieving financial freedom and taking girls/romance out of the equation entirely.

I'm considering a combination of Spiro, Minoxydil, Propecia. Anyone have any success with other regimens?

Don't do it man. It's not worth it. Just go to a doctor with your psychological problems.

Tbh the only side effect I'm concerned about is the gyno and fatigue. Any way around this? Perhaps I'd be better off with high dose adderal? Then again, I'm unsure whether adderal will help suppress sex-drive.

Don't do any crazy stuff man. Just don't do it. I am in the same boat as you. You can see how old I am by looking at my username. I am 27 and I have never had a girlfriend.

I like to think about girls. I have noticed that for the first time in 10 years girls are able to talk to me normally. It's like they are becoming more in sync with me as I am getting older. It's like the Time Squared episode of Star Trek TNG (with the double Picards).

You don't need to focus on career. You need to focus on being happy 🙂
