For the last week or so I felt this jabing pain on my back side which I thought was some kind of irritation from dry skin or something, I just let it go. Until today after I stepped out of the shower I got out a mirror and looked at my butt and back from behind only to see twelve *large* cystic pimples on my upper butt and lower back close to my tail bone. I was shocked! I literally broke down. I never had acne there before, ever! this is ridiculous.

What woman gets this at 24 years old? I always had acne (severe) on my back and shoulders but it has gone into a kind of remission in the last year or so with Spiro. Here I thought it was actually going away on my body... Now it's manifesting it's self in the most embarrrasing area possible? I just can't tolerate this sh*t.

I shouldn't have looked back there, now I can't get it out of my mind; I feel physically repulsed with myself.
