I'm not sure why but suddenly I had a huge acne flare up today. It was so at bay like 1 week ago and suddenly boom 7 huge spots on my face :(

God sake I'm feeling so terrible today idk has anyone noticed an acne flare up while taking an antibiotic?

Anyways there so red and angry looking I literally wanted to rip them off (I kind of tried but it didn't work) any tips?

Ugh that's the worst, especially when you start something that may have some hope of working. I usually ice the spots and just do basic cleansing and moisturizing and apply cortizone for a couple of days

I just took a couple ibuprofens because the under-the-skin lumps I've been getting on my chin resurfaced in all their glory the other day.
