I've been lurking on this forum for a few years now. Suffering from acne from the age of 14 until recently at the age of 32. Tried everything on this forum: zinc, b5, acv, garlic, bp, you name it I tried it. The only times I ever had clear skin with no tiny bumps or cysts was the two times I had to go on antibiotics for a tooth infection. Both timed I thought finally the vitamins and face washes were working but as soon as I stopped the antibiotics myacne came back with a vengence. Then I realised my acne must be a bacterial issue as the antibiotics worked. This is when I started looking online for a natural antibiotic without the nasty side affects. I came across colloidal silver 3 weeks ago. At first, I was a little scared as I heard the scare stories about turning silver but soon realised that the people whom had had made their own faulty version of the colloidal silver and had taken huge amounts every day o st years. So I started taking 1 teaspoon a day of 45 ppm every day as well as washing my face with a cotton bud with the stuff morning and night. At first the acne that I had appeared to get worse and I panicked thinking that it was a waste of money. I upped my dose to 1 tablespoon a day and this is when I started to see amazing results. But I stuck to it. After a week and a half I started to see that my acne was clearing, my skin was smoother and the tiny bumps were going. Even the hyperpigmentation was lightening. After 2 weeks , no new acne was forming and today I woke up with the tiniest pimple on my chin but that is the first in a week. A few other things helped me too. I cut out gluten and most dairy. I began taking 1000mg of vitamin c and 400mg of magnesium a day which helped with my constipation ( my acne always flared up more when I was constipated). One thing is that you should take probiotics, as some of the good bacteria can be killed of too. I prefer to take probiotivcs from food as the polls make me break out. Get hold of some coconut yoghurt with probiotic cultures. This stuff really is a miracle. After 18 years of living with acne I feel like crying with joy. Please try it people and stick it out.
