Pros:

Lessened my acne scars, softens my skin, reduced/ stopped breakouts

Cons:

greasy

I have used every single topical treatment since I was a teenager and Differin, Proactiv, Epiduo, Duac, Benzaclyn, etc... At first these medicines did work for me (Proactiv the longest or maybe bc I was also on the pill at the time). However, after awhile my skin became irritated with the constant chemicals and I began to develop rashes. So I stopped all topical treatment all together and just started to use less harsh cleansers and lotions. Now I started using Vitamin E and mixed it with my moisterizer every night and my skin is rash free, acne free and much softer. I noticed a lot of people complaining about its greasiness but just mix it with nice thick moisterizer and it should lessen the greasiness. I use Aveeno and/or nivea soft.

Pros:

Lightens scars, softens skin, moisturizes skin, makes hair feel thick?

Cons:

makes my skin look worn out temporarily and causes little pimples to get bigger

Vitamin E pills taken orally really helped with itchy dry skin which is more than enough for me to keep taking it. Applying right to my skin is 50/50 for pros and cons. It helps fade the scars a little bit and softens the skin, but makes my skin look worn out or "old" looking. It also cause small pimples to get much bigger if left on too long. I'de say don't overdo applying it to your face, it may cause as much trouble as it does good. Once or twice a week for a few hours should be good enough. Orally take the pill once or twice a day and this works very nice. You can't go outside when applied to your face it is too oily.

Pros:

Seemed effective at first.

Cons:

Broke me out.

After reading rave reviews about how vitamin e helped to fade acne scars, I decided to give it a try. I took vitamin e daily internally as well as topically. It seemed effective at first. My skin started glowing and my acne scars appeared slightly lighter. However, two weeks later I started breaking out worst than ever and also in places that I've never broken out before (my cheeks). I concluded that the oil from the vitamin e clogged my pores and made me break out. Since I was desparate to lighten my acne scars, I began using vitamin e to spot treat, but even that didn't work. I am assuming that my scars appeared lighter in the beginning because the shininess of the oil (the glow that it gave my skin) helped to conceal the scars.

Cons:

Bit Oily

It's great :D i use it everynight after i wash my face(the oil). Yeah its oily but it will soon absorb into your face. Alot of people say if you have oily skin not to take it. Depends on the person really because it hasnt made my face worse just better

Pros:

Works Well, Fast, Reduces redness, Gets rid of acnes, Cheap

Cons:

Oily, Cause black heads at first use

I've been using it about 1-2 weeks, and I'm noticing a big difference. I've tried all kinds of acne products, including neutrogena, clean & clear, and etc. But all that did was cause scars cause of the amounts of acid. Vitamin E has been getting rid of scars and making my skin smooth and giving it a better tone. I love vitamin E.

Pros:

helps clear up acne

Cons:

smells like motor oil

I am 26 years old and had acne for a while as a teenager. It started to clear up with age, then I went on the pill andmy skin was beautiful. After several months of going off the pill, my hormones are very imbalanced and the acne came with a vengence. I tried apple cider vinegar, a clean and clear kit, and proactiv and nothing worked. I have recently been putting tea tree oil on my face, letting it dry, then putting vitamin e oil over to moisturize. this routine helped, but then when I started taking vitamin e orally, I saw much better results. my ance in now under contol, just a few flare ups. I have only been using and taking the vitamine e oil for a few days now, but am happy with the results. I have also been using an all natural hormone spray to regulate my hormones, but I don't know if that is helping. I definately know that the acne problems I am having are internal, thus the reason the oil pills are working. I will keep you guys posted on my progress. All the best!

Pros:

helps fade post acne marks, evens skin tone, mostriuzies skin.

Cons:

greasy

I've only been using this consistently for a few days now and have noticed a big different. My post acne marks are starting to face and my skin tone is improving. It also makes me skin look and feel smoother. Vitamin E is great. It's a super antioxidant. It helps the body get rid of free radicals that damage the body, helps with cell turnover (that's why it helps the skin so well), helps strengthen the immune system. Poke a hoel in the gel capsule and apply to the face.

Pros:

Reduces and heals pimples, reduces redness. I *think* it has made my mild pockmarks softer. I think its the greatest thing.

Cons:

Cant leave the house with it since its too oily. Must sleep on back or else youll just smear the product before it ever gets absorbed.

Give it time to see results in redness like a month with consistent use but everytime I have a new pimple I dab on some Vit E at night and sleep and the pimple is very reduced the next day.
