  1. Hello there, I intend to do some acne scar procedures, and my doctor's options were, an Agressive technique on dermarolling and an subcision for the deeper scars that supposedly will help more on acne scars and the Endymed RF treatment which would be better for an overall better skin(pores, texture and acne scars in this case) my questions are: Is there an better order for best results? What more treatments fits well on my case? Does Endymed RF treatment shrink pores on long term? Ri
  2. I was just wondering, as imbalanced hormones can cause or be a major cause in peoples acne, how does one figure out if it is an imbalance in hormones that is causing their acne? are there tests that can be done to tell? and once you know if you do have an imbalance in hormones, how do you treat it so it wont affect your skin anymore? Please let me know!
  3. WARNING- MY POST IS NOT VERY ACNE RELATED. But I do believe that this topic is very important to our mental health! Dear Users! I hope you are all well! I'm very glad to see all of your faces again! If you don't want to read my whole post: Please comment about: Who your Role Model(s) are - why - and the pro's and con's of having role models. Briefly - about me: I am 18 years old - in high school, I have been taking Lymacycline for a year and my acne has subsided thankfully.
  4. Hey! Someone already created "Meanest thing someone has ever said about your acne." But I like to be able to laugh and be optimistic through misfortune. Unfortunately, since I got acne, my life has turned into a super awkward mess. I would have over 30 awkward moments a week! That's an awful and traumatizing experience. BUT, sometimes sharing these moments can help us through the pain. Might as well get SOME sort of joy from out misfortune. I'll post 2 of mine. one now, and one later on
  5. How far would you go, just for perfect skin? Thought I'd make a thread just to see how far everyone would go to have completely clear skin, no acne, no scars, no hyper pigmentation, just 100% clear! For example, if you had quite severe nodulocystic acne, would you choose to endure something like 5 years in jail just to come out with flawless skin for the rest of your life? It's gonna be interesting to see what people will come up with, be as creative as you can!!
  6. What have you guys found to actually help with your redness reduction? Try and avoid things you've heard work, what has been proven to show good results for you? Supplements, vitamins, creams, etc. Thanks
  7. Eg; touching, rubbing, picking, scratching. etc I want to reduce it as much as i can.
