  1. I'm writing this on here in an effort to maybe help someone else going through a similar situation. I'm 31 years old and NEVER had problems with acne growing up. I started breaking out at 25 and my breakouts turned into an outright situation this past January and I tried EVERYTHING to fix it. Everyday a new pimple popped up on my jawline or neck, no matter what I did. The only breakthrough occurred when I decided to get back on the BP (I had gotten off for a few years just to see if I could a

Last year before the start of the school year, in September, I stopped taking whey protein because I thought it may be causing my breakouts, I continued to break out even worse until I was put on accutane in the Spring. That cleared me up almost instantly and wasn't to rough(thank god). Whey Protein & Acne

Okay,I do know that whey protein cause acne(though drems would always disagree) but I want to know to what extent it aggravates acne.I am trying to gain muscle and it's quite necessary to increase protein intake.
  4. I'm really looking to start working out, taking vitamin/supplements and protein powders to aide in my transition. My dream is to become a fitness model but I dont know where to start as I do have mild to moderate acne and some protein powders and supplements make acne worse. Does anyone know what acne friendly powders/supplements I can take that wont exabarate my acne? What vitamins are actually good to take to help control acne or wont make acne worse? Thank you!
