  1. From the album: Week Four

WEEK FOUR (I was using Proactiv until it ran out and then I switched to the Regimen because Proactiv was too harsh on my skin.) I saw a lot of improvement from when I began Proactiv. I still had a little bit of redness around my chin and mouth, although it looked more pink and flushed, as opposed to redness and irritaiton. Skin was still dry, but not very flaky. Hyper pigmentation was still an issue, as acne marks were still slow to fade away. New breakouts were happening with more days i
  2. So I am done with the first month ! I am so happy that I am doing so great so far, my initial break outs weren't that bad it was very minor.. My black heads are almost all gone my side effects are disappearing slowly.. right now I have very minimal side effects, here's a list of what I had and how I am doing right now: Lips dryness is very minimal and controllable, ofc I have to contently apply lip balm. Almost no face dryness, my face feels very moisturized as I am applying a lot of fa
  3. From the album: Week Four & Three Days

WEEK FOUR & THREE DAYS I received The Regimen Trial in the mail, so I used the last of my Proactiv and switched to the Regimen on this day. I hadn't suffered from any whiteheads in over a week, but as soon as I started The Regimen, I noticed a few new whiteheads around my mouth, on my chin and jaw line. I noticed new breakouts, which was upsetting because I had only been getting new breakouts every 2 to 3 days, as opposed to everyday. However, older breakouts were reducing in size, and

  8. Week 4 Holy! It’s been a month already and things are better. No more cysts which is always nice cause they suck big time. Now it just a matter of healing these spots. I workout six days a week and am always sore but no more than usual. I workout 2-4 hours a day and I’ve had no problems yet. I think people get paranoid about side effects because they make you read and sign off on all the “possible” side effects, which they do so they won’t get sued. All I can say is I’ve only had chapped lips
