  1. So today is my first day of trying the acne.org regimen but since my products haven't arrived yet I will be using some of the products I have at home. Facewash: Dermalogica Ultra calming cleanser Treatment: Tretinoin cream 0.1 Moisturizer: Dermalogica Active moist with a vitamin e oil capsule to help with my scaring Last night I also started the Epsom salt soak to try and bring these cysts to heads. I'll see how this works and let yall know.

    Two weeks of eating no dairy, avioding greasy food, and drinking 2 liters of water a day plus a cup or 2 of tea and coffee a day. Taking Zing 50 mg pills a day, Vitamin E 400 IU softgel a day, "E energen Healthy Skin Soft-Smooth Clear" pills (one a day). Made a toner using apple cyder vinegar, green tea (brewed several minsutes), water, and lemon juice. First day using this toner. Will post more pictures.

  4. This is when my lips began to peel Hi! Im on a week and a day of accutane (generic brand)... and the first layer of my lips just peeled off !   5. Hey, I have had terrible acne since i was about 13 and i am 17 now. All dermatologists have given me is strong, drying and abrasive cleansers and creams which as a result made my face feel horrible and did not help. Nothing i have tried has helped and now I'm left with scarring and marks in addition to consistent breakouts.
