  1. this summer my skin has been breaking out everywhere and in different types of acne thay it usually does. there's been a lot of hype around african black soap, so it was one of the MANY things i bought hoping it would clear me up. when i first used raw african black soap, my face reacted VERY badly to it. the skin around my nose was raw, red, and had multiple blackheads, it stung so badly after 3 seconds of having it on, and after washing it off my face was immediately tight, dry, red, and irr
  2. Okay, I'm a 25 year old male. I no longer have acne breakouts, but I struggle with the post scars, large pores, uneven skin tone and texture. Does anyone have any advice for me? I used to think I had very large pores on my forehead but now I think they are just pitted scars/scarred pores/icepicks. I have tried practically everything from at home chemical peels, including TCA, microderm, been doing microneedling for awhile, Paulas Choice, AHA's, Nulase home laser, etc. It seems like after the p
  3. I have attached three pictures of my forehead. My forehead has some red marks/PIH near my eyebrows but other than that my forehead is clear of marks. The pictures show uneven texture which looks worst in bright lights. My forehead feels a little uneven also. I was just wondering, are these rolling scars?? Will they heal?? What treatment do you recommend? My forehead was clear and smooth prior to accutane I took a few months back.
  4. Dear everyone, First off I'm thankful I have decent skin. Could be worse I'm sure. Attached are some photos. I have really fair skin and had 2 serious waves of acne, and one wave of 'sesame-seed' bullshit, which is where the majority of the scars came from (me picking- they were muy itchy on both of my cheeks). Do you think my scars will go away with Fraxel? Some are very deep, especially one by my ear that for some reason you can't see in the picture. I am in no position able to afford
  5. I had cystic acne about a year ago and i have been left with two slightly raised bumps on my chin. They are soft to the touch, they look like tge shape off seeds i hate them so much. Ive had ipl that didnt do anything, ive had light cautery that made them a bit smaller. Ive used steroid tape too. Is there anything i can do to smooth the skin so they arent raised. The dermatologist said they arent sure if its scarring or sebaceous hyperplasia. Any help advice please x
