Before starting (9.12.14): Skin has had the worst cystic breakout ever, around 8 cysts on shoulders upper back, 2 cysts near waist line, a lot of clogged pores and small red pimples/ whiteheads. What do you guys use for acne scars and dark spots? Using too many acne medication also causes uneven skintone and discoloration. I have tried Kate Somerville skin products (available at sephora) but it didnt do the job for me but worked for many people that I know.
The photos are taken with a bad quality camera so it doesn't show up too well, but as well as acne* I have this persistent blotchiness and uneven skin. even when my skin is clear-ish my forehead, nose, and chin especially (where I get the most spots) I have this persistent redness and blotchy complexion.
