  1. Hello everyone, I usually dont do this type of thing but I really need some help and advice. Im an 18 year old male whos a senior in highschool. I'm committed to play college football at a school in Nebraska and I just want to get my skin 100% normal again and get rid of all my acne probelms before I arrive on campus. I have had pretty bad acne breakouts off and on for the past year and a half and has led to alot of post marks and scars that have not gone away. Ive noticed that I have pretty la

  4. Please bear with me, and thanks for reading this as it it kinda long.... I've always had super oily skin. but it was always smooth, no visable pores unless I got REALLY close to the mirror, then i could sorta see them from certain angles. A massive amount of antibiotics plus huge amounts of emotinal stress (from developing permanent tinnitus) followed by several xrays on my neck, and my skin was drying out and i was getting a couple large headless red zits (i popped one and only water came o
  5. Hi, so I'm on my 17th day (going into week 3) of the acne.org regimen and I am freaking out!!!! The first week I was fine, my schedule in the morning was cleanse, bp (half of the first line of my finger), and moisturizer. I did the same thing at night, but WITHOUT the bp. AFTER week 1, I increased my bp dosage. my schedule in the morning was cleanse, bp (from tip of my finger to the first line), and moisturize. I also did the same thing at night. Then I started realizing my face was getting dry
  6. Hey guys! I was wondering if anyone could help me, I'd really appreciate it, thank you! My skin is making me feel really, really bad. I've been suffering with terrible acne recently and am currently taking a combination of antibiotics and sprionalactone. It seems to be slowly clearing the active acne, but I do struggle with a small breakout every few days. Ugh. The thing which is bothering me now is the mess left behind on my face from the months of cystic acne I had. I have lo
  7. I need help with oily skin on my face. I'm a 29 year old man and have suffered for many a year with acne. I have been using products that are categorised for oily skin but so far It has been very unsuccessful. As you can see from the tags in this post these are the symptoms I still suffer from. I am using menscience daily face wash followed up by murad blemish spot treatment and finally moisturising with suk in oil balancing mattifying facial moisturiser. I am scrubbing 3 times a week with mensc
  8. What are toners? How do they work? Do they even out your skin tone? What are some good toners, especially with AHA? Are AHA toners safe to use with the regimen? Are toners worth it? I have uneven skin tone, and I'm wondering if toners help with that. I've heard that toners are a waste of money and that they are too drying. Is that true?
  9. Hello everyone, I'm seriously at my wits end regarding my skin situation. I'll be 25 this June (okay so perhaps technically I can't call it adult acne yet...) and have had problems with acne since I was 12. I'm about to see my naturopath for a 3 month follow up in a few days and I've basically seen no progress in my skin despite high hopes and oodles of money. I still have very uneven skin tone, lots of oil production, smaller inflammatory pimples and lots of blackheads on my nose and surrou
  10. Okay everyone. I was out in the sun the other day. Got brutally sun burned within an hour! Was wondering what kind of face mask would reduce the redness and even my skin tone!? I had good skin there for 4 days lol. Go out in the skin for an hour and look what happened... Not looking for anything acne fighting or strong. Something that I can use on a regular basis like once every 3 or so days.
