  1. From the album: My Claravis Journey.

ok i haven't posted in a while, but here i am! It's day 75 today. My current dose is 70 mg a day, one 40 mg at night, one 30 mg in the morning. I also take B-complex vitamins. Most of the redness are acne scars. There are very little current pimples. I'm so satisfied with my results. It's only been a couple months and my acne is quickly saying its farewell. I wear a very thin layer of neutrogena shine control make up to cover up my acne scars and to protect my skin from the sun because it does h
  2. I'm new to posting and for a couple of moths now I just been on this website, just trying to reassure myself that I'm not alone. And sometimes I been bawling my eyes out from some of these posts. I have mild to moderate acne although everyday, I fear to get out of bed to face the new treasure in the mirror.(maybe alot of people feel this way also) and I'm wondering if anyone else takes off their glasses/contacts so the mirror all blurred up. I know I'm just 15 and many people have been sufferi
  3. I’ve broken out for 2 straight months. Starting my 3rd week of 60 mg, my final increase in dosage. It’s one thing when your acne is ugly, but when it’s red and PAINFUL, it just makes it much worse. I’m experiencing clusters of small, red breakouts on the sides of my cheeks and they just hit every single nerve in that area. I have to be so delicate with these two areas since they are so sore. Have to pat in moisturizer with light as a feather pressure. I’ve also had bad joint pain, muscle sorenes
  4. From the album: My Claravis Journey.

Alright, so today is day #28 and it's not a smooth journey for me. My lips are getting unbearably chapped, even with the best chapstick out there. Looks like I need a stronger one if that's possible. The redness of my acne has gone up remarkably. Thank god I'm sick and I don't have to go out with my acne looking like this. I do have some active pimples in places I've never had acne in... Especially my hair line. It really is a pain in the butt. My cheeks for the most part are clear, like alway
  5. Did anyone else get really bad white heads when starting the Caveman regime? I'm only washing with water, but I am using a very minimal amount of concealar on some of my pimples. Help???
  6. So I've been on Spiro for 7 and a half weeks now. I started at 25 mg for the first near three weeks and then was at 50 mg the remainder. I saw my derm after the 2-3 weeks of being on 25mg and she was ecstatic. She said everything was already looking so much better and she seemed very genuinely happy for me. The oil production on my face slowed down SO dramatically. So at that time, she upped my dose to 50 mg. Meanwhile, I went to an internist and got prescribed Ortho Lo. I really wanted to be on
  7. From the album: My Claravis Journey.

alright, so I haven't posted anything in a while but it's day 16 for me and i see little improvement. my forehead's really red because I just took off my make up and washed my face. I really hope it's going to work a lot faster than it is now. I curled in my lips so you can't see how dry they are but they're seriously chapped. As of now, I'm relying on Vaseline Lip Therapy to help me out! wish me luck on my longgggg journey!
  8. for 30 days I was on 30 mg of Myorisan (isotretinoin generic) yeah my face was rekt after that lotsssss of red spots clustered together, but some of the worst breakouts went down so I can cover a good amount of my crappy skin with makeup for the past 6 days I’ve been on 40 mg which broke me out a little but I’m also approaching my cycle so I can’t tell what’s cuz of what...I noticed the tons of blackheads I had during the first month went away and my nose is like completely smooth; however
  9. This is it! My first day of Accutane after a grand number of months trying to avoid the damn thing.. From the age of about 12/13 I always had a little acne here or there, but it was at the end of last year that it really hit me like a feckn brick! I didn't want to leave the house, it sucked butt. I tried everything over the counter, tried some prescribed antibiotics, birth control and various topical creams.. every time one part of my face would improve another part would break out.. resulting i
  10. Hello everyone! To start off, I've been dealing with mild acne for a year and a half now, especially on my forehead and the side of my cheeks. My skin is pretty oily, especially on my forehead and around my nose. I've done everything... Chemical peels, epiduo, different face washes, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, etc. (except for accutane which i have no interest in taking) Nothing seemed to work! I decided to do home remedies and just go natural without using all the harsh ch
  11. I have been using epiduo forte and reached my one week mark today. I have had problems with whiteheads on my chin before using the product but after one week my chin is almost covered in white heads. will epiduo forte clear them if I continue?
