  1. Hi. I have acne prone combination skin. I just recently purchased Shea Moisture African Black Soap for Acne and Problem skin. I wanted to know if anyone here has tried this product and how it worked for them. Also what is a good moisturizer to use with this product? I have been using a 10% benzoyl peroxide cleanser prior to this and I wanted to use something that wasn't loaded with chemicals and see how it takes to my face so if anyone has used this product how long did it take to see results a
  2. I used to have very severe acne on my forehead, about 3 months ago. Most, if not, all acne has been on my forehead. It has gotten a lot better and the acne is gone, but my forehead just looks rough and is slightly bumpy. I have been told that it could possibly be my hair that’s irritating my forehead, but I keep my hair away from my forehead at all times. During the night, I wear a headband. My forehead is moderately oily. The irritation doesn’t seem to budge though. Any idea on what it could be

I just ordered the regimen this Sunday so it hasn't come yet but when I start it I was just wondering if you know if it will make it worse or better or not do anything to it at all. If it does nothing or makes it worse does anyone know what I would do to treat it on top of t
  4. Hey hi hello, I've been on The Regimen for about two months now. I'll be honest, I don't follow it exactly. My face is just way too sensitive to fully ramp up the BP. I only use a finger full at night. This worked for the first month and a half! My acne cleared and I was happy. Lately, my T-Zone has been very acne-y and I don't know what that's about. Also, I'm noticing little red bumps on the sides of my face. They aren't zit zits, I cn't pop them and they are small, and only slightly raised,
