I don't fry the eggs in anything, just t

I have a few questions that maybe some of you can help me with regarding how to implement my regimen around my schedule. Am I allowed to do the regimen in the morning around 6 and then workout and shower around 12:30 after sweating from 8-10? What ways can I work with this and the regimen? I was wondering
