  1. what exactly the effect/damage is? its said u gotta wait ~4-6 weeks after session to let collagen rebuild (also rebuild or grow new one????) BUT U GOTTA REMEMBER tht we all r agiiiiingggg! since age of 15 we r all getting oldass every day so does anyone know WHAT IS THE SPEED THAT COLLAGEN ACTUALLY GOES AWAY/BREAKS DOWN?? bcs is it even slower than tht boost we r trying to achieve from dermarolling/stamping or anything else? and how does it makes sense to get scar filled and
  2. I've been on the regimen for almost 3 months, results have been fairly good. I can definately say the regimen works, if you stick with it and STAY persistent. I'm pretty much clear, just a couple of pimples. I've now got these hyperpigmentation marks where my acne was previously, it's kinda bugging me. You get clear skin and now there's more to deal with. I've bought this Ambi fade cream for normal skin, which i've heard alot of positive reviews about. What are your opinions on this produc
  3. Hey guys! I just wanted to start this topic on the over the counter product, Tea Tree Oil, and post my journey with using this product. So before going any further, I just wanted to give a brief history on my acne. I've had acne since I started puberty...so maybe when I was around 12. I never really knew how to clear it up and did not have much help with my skin so I was practically on my own and I had no idea what to do. All I used at that age was an astringent and it really didnt
  4. Now, it is week 11 of my treatment (and technically week 7 of using adapalene and clindamycin). There hasn't been any major changes. The large pimples I mentioned last time have mostly gone down. There's only one large pimple now and my right cheek has become a bit smoother. Other than that, there's nothing interesting. Also, I forgot to mentioned in the last entry, but I am Asian with medium skin tone that can tan fairly easy. I don't each much junk food as I use to (a bag of chips every
  5. WARNING- MY POST IS NOT VERY ACNE RELATED. But I do believe that this topic is very important to our mental health! Dear Users! I hope you are all well! I'm very glad to see all of your faces again! If you don't want to read my whole post: Please comment about: Who your Role Model(s) are - why - and the pro's and con's of having role models. Briefly - about me: I am 18 years old - in high school, I have been taking Lymacycline for a year and my acne has subsided thankfully.
  6. So, I've been reading at all the success stories, and it looks great. However, when I read on the forums all I hear is "It didn't work for me." or "This happened, I always peel" etc. And it makes me doubt it again. I'm currently on a diet from a nutritionist, however that could take months, I want something that can also help from the outside. Some info: 17, male, Australia. I'll post some pictures of my acne. Only stuff I have used before hand that are products are: 1. Clearisil, which

    Day 1

Day 1...i'm still not sure which moisturizer to use because the one i've planned to use has Salicylic Acid, which i've heard might interfere with the B.P. Also my B.P. is 5% instead of 2.5% (my chemist doesn't stock 2.5%) So i have my fingers and toes crossed that it will be a success!
  8. US WE were chosen to suffer the struggle of acne. For most of us, it made us more understanding of other people's problems. It made us less likely to hate others when we don't even know them, their struggle, or why they do what they do. Yes, it does many great things in the process of the firery hell that rages on our faces. Corrupt people ($) But definetely never give up on your cure. Just stay optimistic. Remember, we are also SACRIFICES! There has been at least on
  9. I haven't started the regimen yet and have always defiantly wanted to start it. However, I've been reading and looking around a lot on the forums, and I've noticed people have had some issues. And honestly, it has sort of made me stumped and frustrated as to wether I should even do it. People are saying they get dermatitis after a few years, or they start breaking out even worse after a few years or there face goes different colours, causes them to have burnt face after months of use or other
  10. Hi Guys, This year has been hard, Acne, Dermatits, Seberhoric Dermatitis, everything. Right now It doesn't look so bad, My Acne isn't the really severe type it's between mild and moderate, I have been on antibiotics and what not but they did not work. Sometimes I feel sad because I just want this all to be over, I wish I didn't have to stress about it, It's always there, whether I can deal with it or not. I dream of the day when I have a clear, normal complexion and I can casually look in the mi
  11. If you purchase the Regimen once, will they keep sending you it automatically or do you have to re-purchase it?
  12. There are a lot of causes that have been proven (?) or are extremely likely that do cause acne from the inside, and I was just wondering if someone here who really knows there stuff could make a list of these and write out ways to find out if that's the cause of your acne. I know a few causes such as Hormones, candida and etc. It'd be really helpful not only to me, but to others I'm sure if someone could make a list like that. For eg; for hormones, who would you see, how do you find out if
  13. Hello , I'm wondering if anyone has tried topical iodine? I know for acne they often say to stay clear of iodine rich foods but I have not been able to find anything about using it topically - other than on the reviews section on this site. Whenever I've had a wound the hospitals here (UK) always wash the wound with iodine to prevent infection, it got me thinking if it would work on inflamed, open or infected acne. I've bought a low strength iodine solution made by Savlon and am going t
  14. Hello! So, I know the title of this blog post is Week 10, even though this is my first ever post about using adapalene and clindamycin, but I wanted to name Week 8 b/c it's the 8th week of me going through my treatment. I was just too lazy to start a blog back in week 1 haha Skin Type: Little oily, had mainly closed comedones, not many cysts, acne mainly on my cheeks, moderate acne Background Info: Up to the age of 16, my skin was clear and good. I would be able to eat junk
