  1. Hello all, My forhead is generally clear except for in the lower t-zone. There are a few bumps. I was just wondering why they are there. There are just a few, between eyes and then the area above the eyes and lower forhead. None above that though. Why? Thanks, Wade
  2. At the peak of my obsession, my daily routine included scrubbing my face with Clean & Clear “Advantage Clear & Soothe Daily Scrub” and “Morning Energy, Shine Control Daily Facial Wash”, wiping my face with Clean & Clear “Shine Control Daily Facial Lotion” and Neutrogena “Blackhead Eliminating Cleansing Lotion”, moisturising with Neutrogena “Pink Grapefruit oil-free moisturiser”. Basically, if a product was in the Boots acne section, I had tried it. If it had the words “Daily” or
  3. I need to know what these bumps are and how to get rid of them. I started to get these in the summer :/ I provided pictures too! I wash my face 2 a day

    IUD (Mirena) and acne

I haven't written in a chat forum since middle school, so bear with me... In July of 2016, I switched from my birth control patch to Mirena, the IUD. I had ZERO problems with the patch, it was just kind of unsightly and annoying. Almost immediately after insertion of the IUD I started noticing my forehead breaking out. I was also in the middle of moving to a new state and starting a graduate program, so I attributed it to that stress. It's now been 4 months and I'm all settled in, but the bre
  5. Hi All, Lets start by clearing the AIR blood. We all seem to be quick at trying to apply products and chemicals to our faces and bodies to help cure the acne/spots that are naturally occurring (I am guilty of this also). O.K fair enough desperate measures call for desperate actions, but why do we turn to the un-natural option? Why do we think the pharmaceutical companies and their drugs offer the fastest and most effective results? Well first and foremost the cause of acne and spots
  6. My prob now is blackheads and whiteheads on my t zone....especially on my nose and cheeks.... I have tried soooo many things.... any advice or help would be appreciated! Thanks.
  7. Hi I am currently using Clean & Clear Continuous Control Acne Cleanser with 10% Benzoyl Peroxide. It works but dries out my skin. Can somebody please recommend me a good moisturizer to use that will moisturize my face well after using benzoyl peroxide? Also normally I have combination skin oily t zone but benzoyl peroxide makes my face dry after use.

    Any Advice Is Good Advice

Hello, I am a 21 year old male struggling with acne. My combination skin produces excess oil in my t-zone, thus creating enough acne to overwhelm anyone. I rarely had acne in highschool but it has only gotten worse in the last couple years. It causes me anxiety and kills my self esteem. I use to be so outgoing and now I prefer to stay in. My dermatologists don't help much at all (currently using differin 0.3 gel at night and finacea gel in the morning, while washing face with cetaphi
  11. For around a 9-10 months at least, I've noticed that I have a ton of flesh colored bumps all over my forehead, above my eyebrows and around my nose in the area beneath my eyes. I've been much oilier lately even though I'm using the Mary Kay Type 3 toner which is designed to eliminate oil from the face. I don't recall having this problem last year but I haven't changed much about my skin care regimen. I used to use the Aveeno Skin Brightening wash and now use the St Ives Oatmeal Scrub and Mask. D
  12. Hello, I'm an 18 year old male who has a oily T-zone, I get at least 1 pimple per week. Whenever I get pimples, they are 90% of the time on my T-zone. They mostly appear as deep cystic pimples with the occasional whitehead, however they clear up within less than a week without any scarring. I've been struggling with this problem for about 3 years now, other than my T-zone my skin is basically flawless. I've tried using 2.5%/10% Benzoyl Peroxide cream, Cetaphil Face Wash, 2% Salicylic Acid Toner
