It's nothing new to any of us that picking at your skin is bad. I'm sure, like me, you've been told to just stop picking at your skin by those who don't understand that you can't just stop. If you could you would, am I right?? So I am making this forum for those who have a skin picking problem like me. We can share our stories and support each other through the struggle of stopping. I don't know about you but I am more than ready to stop ruining my skin and get on a path to confidence and love f
