    Chipotle - any red flags?

Hi everyone, so I've been trying to root out dietary causes of my longstanding acne/bacne and have gone dairy, gluten, and junk food free for a while in those efforts. I have seen some success which has been encouraging, although admittedly up and down. My question is for people's thoughts on Chipotle bowls. I basically eat Chipotle every day for lunch because it's the only spot nearby where I can reliably get non-dairy, gluten-free meals. I actually don't mind the repetition at all and my ini
  3. Do any of these interfere with the ability to acquire a tan? I am currently using the sodium sulfacetamide on my back and the duac and differin on other affected areas. I have mild acne on my back and very little acne on my face and chest. And yes, I am aware of how damaging the sun can be to one's skin but I use 50 SPF whilst tanning. Thanks.

Please feel free to post anything you want on this (Suggestions, concernes, personal stories, or even the weather in LA!) Anything you want. Also, if anyone

REAL Causes of ACIDOSIS & HEARTBURN

★★REAL Causes of ACIDOSIS & HEARTBURN★★ Hyperacidity, also called acidosis, is known as the main cause of HEARTBURN, which is a BURNING SENSATION in the esophagus. Oranges, grapefruits, tomatoes, chillies, peppers, mustard, other spices, wine, beer, other alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee, carbonated beverages and many other foods and drinks have been blamed by doctors, medical scientists and nutr
  6. Can I use a facial cleanser with sodium laureate sulphate? What does SLS do for the skin? And a lot of people suggest CeraVe facial cleanser but if you check the ingredients, it contains parabens. I really want to try this new cleanser but it contains SLS so can I still use it? (I have oily acne prone skin)

    Exercise Causes Constipation!

★★★Exercise Causes Constipation!★★★ One great medical myth, prevailing for 2000 to 3000 years, is that physical exercise helps in preventing and curing constipation. This false belief is still being dogmatically propagated all over the world by practitioners of Allopathy, Ayurveda and Naturopathy, and by experts in Health Education and Sports Medicine. All therapies based on this dangerous dogma are a threat to the health of many patients. I have never found any scienti
