  1. I have been on The Regimen for about 4 months now. It has helped my acne clear up mostly. The only thing I noticed is that I have smooth red patches of little marks on certain areas of my face. (lower and upper cheeks) I don't think it's acne because I run my fingers over it, and it feels smooth, no bumpy areas. Are these acne scars?? And how long will it take for them to go away? Thanks.

My Log To Clear Smooth Skin!

Okay, so lately my skin has been acting up. I have closed comedones all over my forehead, right cheek, chin, and a little on my left cheek. Plus I have a bunch of PIH "acne scars" (red/dark marks) that are really just UGH! My skin looks very dull and my nose is always red. I know I sound gorgeous don't I? Well I've always been crazy about my skin. And this whole summer I've been trying to fix it but I just can't! So now I have resorted to glycolic acid, in hopes it will get rid of these close

    Just Started The Regimen

So I had a great friend who had got me the Regimen Kit, it took me about a month to start using the Regimen, due to the fact I was scared of having a product "backfire". Like Proactive or the pill for severe acne, Accutane. With enough courage after doing enough research due to O.C.D, I brought myself to start the Regimen. Right now it will be a week, I started off with BP only once a day for 3 days and then started twice a day, to see how my face will react to the BP and the small amount I'm st
  4. I use to have smooth clear skin until my min 20s. I started getting inflamed acne at 25 but after Derm visits and treatments it would subside for a few years and is have great skin then it would flare again. The most recent flare was in January 2015 and my derm helped with a sulfer wash and a retinol (retin a and differin were too harsh) I don't get inflamed acne or whiteheads as often. However now this bumpy pore texture won't go away. Will microderm sessions help or what Products/ingreds will
  5. I'm embarking on a skin care challenge with Carley's Clear and Smooth Products and will be updating on my blog along the way. I blog about skin care products and cosmetics for individuals with very sensitive, acne-prone skin. For anyone who's interested, the post is here: http://www.lipstickjezebel.blogspot.com/2013/04/carleys-clear-and-smooth-skin-challenge.html I hope you'll join me along the way! =)

    Scrubs & The Regimen?

Hey. So if you've been following my posts for awhile you'd know that I struggle with acne and flaky skin. I've been on the regimen for 8 months now, and it's really the only thing that's gotten my acne under control. Dryness however has ALWAYS been a problem since starting the regimen. Nothing has really cured the flaky skin yet. I have a question about scrubs... Since I have a lot of dead skin cells, is it okay to exfoliate every week or so? I have relatively sensitive skin, so I don't want to
  7. Those who have acne under control might have some useful suggestions Even with no acne, I have noticed that the texture of my skin is very rough, visible pores. Has anyone noticed benefits of something specific which makes facial skin smoother, nicer looking and pores small? Something in the diet? Oil cleansing or any masks? They only time I noticed an incredible improvement in my skin texture was when I had a short stint on Accutane. My skin became plump and glowing. I could go

    Day 19.

DAY 19. Hey guys, whats up! So i'm currently on day 19 of roaccutane on 20mg a day. I'll just get straight into it. Side effects: Dry lips Dry skin Breakouts That's it! My face doesn't look too much better, my cysts have decreased in size and most are almost gone, and i have probably 4 active whiteheads at the moment, some on my jaw and the others on my chin and around my lips, with a few about to come to surface. I have blistex for my lips but it seems to sting more than it helps

My skin is not completely clear but it is not drastic either, so i was wondering what steps should i take for clear smooth skin ? I bought the regimen and i do not know if that is the right steps for me to take ? Please help
  10. From the album: Accutane destroyed my face!!

Ok ive been on Accutane for a month, ive taken antibiotics in the past and they have worked. At one point my face was really clear for about 4-5 months. Recently after stopping antibiotics for about 2 months my acne started to come back, so i visited my dermatologist and they suggested accutane. The put me on 20mg and its been a month MY ACNE HAS NEVER BEEN THIS BAD IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!! it has dried up all my skin and looks horrible and my face really hurts the worst thing is i have 7 exams al
  11. I suffer from tiny bumps on my forehead, temples and cheeks but the bumps are most prominent on my temples and cheeks. I have tried EVERYTHING. Topicals and oral medicines from the derm, spent tons of money on store bought products such as cleansers and exfoliators, tried nizoral, tried oil cleansing, changed hair products, and spent countless hours trying to get rid of these. You name it I’ve tried it They are not like clogged pores or milla, just tiny bumps. I also have a lot of post inflam
