I'm just wondering if there's any way that I can sleep without rubbing my face on the pillow. I can't sleep upwards because I sleep on my side and my face touches the pillow. Can I do something about that so that my face will not rub and be irritated.

I'm a 19 year old female and I suffer from acne predominantly on my right cheek. I'll get occasional white heads on my chin or forehead, but the "severe" acne ONLY occurs on the right side of my face. Whiteheads even seem to be concentrated on my right temple. I've tried EVERYTHING to get rid of this. I don't sleeo on that side, don't hold the phone on that side, and never touch my face. Anyone have ANY idea why this could be happening? Hi, guys I want to know if there is truly any link with lack of sleep and acne. I have light to moderate acne. I also have trouble sleeping. Over the past few months I've noticed that I've been getting small pimples right at my temples. These pimples are tiny but you gotta know my frustration with them when I am close to having clear skin. I am wondering if sleeping on a certain side causes the breakouts. I am also curious to know if sleep deprivation causes acne flare ups as well. If anyone ha
