  1. Im a British 14 year old girl, i take really good care of my skin and i never forget to wash my face or take my make-up off...I have mild/moderate acne and it's horrible. It absolutely rules my life, I won't leave the house without make-up on, I try to avoid any situations where my make-up could get rubbed off, I've come up with a million excuses at school for not going swimming so that my friends don't see what my skin is like... They all have perfect, glowing skin and I feel so ugly being the
  2. Hi all I have been prescribed my GP and have read that I should start seeing results after 4 weeks. It's been 5 weeks and all throughout the last few weeks I have started developing large red and angry spots which I didn't have before, they are making more unhappy with my skin then I was before. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it just be getting rid of all the rubbish from my face before I start seeing results? I don't know whether I should get another 1 month prescription of it and se
  3. I have 20% strength at home but it burns so god damn much i can never apply it. Can't find any reviews of this product on the site. I was prescribed this product by my dermatologist, yet i haven't seen anyone comment on its anti-blackhead properties. Haven't been on these boards in a while, its been a year since i got clear skin but i still have a moderate blackhead problem that i'd like to address! peace!
  4. I had moderate acne as a teenager and was eventually treated with roaccutane when antibiotics and topicals failed- this cleared my skin for a few years but spots started to appear again about a month after stopping Yasmin birth control (or at least I put this down as the most likely cause). After racing back to the doctor in fear of it getting worse I have been on Dianette for the past two months and have been using skinoren cream for 4 weeks- the good news is it hasn't got any worse and I onl
  5. Hi all, I have suffered from acne on and off since I was a young teen, and I am now nearly 25. Over the years I have tried a lot of products. In my teens benzoyl peroxide worked wonders, but as I've got older it wrinkles my face if it comes near it. I also have a patch of excema which I believe is from years of BP. I have also been on and off birth control since I was 16, most recently lucette which I believe is similar to Yasmin. I had a 6 month break from the pill and my skin was BEAUTIFUL
  6. Hi Guys I'm new to the forums and I'm seeking advice from peoples personal experience and knowledge to give me some advice and point me in the right direction hopefully! I've had acne since about 16 and its been so hard to keep minimal, I'm 20 now and a couple of months ago my GP put me onto Epiduo and Lymecline Capsules , it took about 2-3 months for it to really work, when my skin was at its best all scares had disappeared , there were no spots, blackheads/whiteheads you name it, I could not

  8. Hello, everyone. I'm 20 year old male an I developed severe acne half a year ago and by the time I started treating it I was already covered on my body and face. After treating myself for half a year most of it is gone, only the chest remains, however the situation there is also improving slowly but surely. Here is what I do: 1. Wash with IMEX soap that regulates sebum in skin and cleanses pores 2. Apply zineryt and wait for 15 minutes 3. Apply skinoren on hyperpigmented areas and wait anoth
  9. I want to know if any one had tried using both Skinoren n Differin creams? Can they be used on alternate days? Please let me know of your experience with these two
  10. My current routine is pretty simple. Morning: Avene Cleanance Soapless Gel Cleanser Paulas choice toner ((link removed--name of product is Calm Toner-Normal to Dry Skin)) 5% benzoyl peroxide (label: basiron) Sébium Hydra by Bioderma (A moisturising and soothing compensating treatment for skin that has been weakened, dried and/or irritated by dermatological treatments) I try to wait as long as possible in between steps, but i dont have much time in the morni
  11. Hi all, I'm new to this board, and I just started today my RoAccutane course, with 20mg/day. I'm 21 years, with a moderate acne, mostly on my back and arms. My face kind of cured with Skinoren and a lot of other stuff, but not totally, and no matter what I take, some of the acne cures itself, but appears right back on ... like I got to use creams and stuff daily. Anyway, back to the topic. My question is, for example ... if a new pimple appears on my face, can I still use Skinoren (or a
