  1. To start off, I am going to try and start posting once a month at least, hopefully, more often than that. As for the update on my skin, it hasn't been the best few days. I think that is because I have run out of acidophilus that I pair with spiro, and my skin is not liking that. I forgot to call in the refill before the weekend. As a result of that, I have a few new spots on my cheek that are honestly really bothering me. I can't feel them, but my skin was looking good before this. It might also

    Skin Care Routine

Here's a brief skim of how I try to keep my skin as clear as possible: Morning: Cleanse skin with witch hazel on a cotton ball or splash face with cold water. If there is a breakout, use a tiny bit of Shield Antibacterial Soap on a cold flannel and gentle wash skin. Rinse face with cold water. Pat dry. Moisturise using Simple Anti-Blemish Spotless Skin moisturiser. Evening (3 times a week): Remove make up with witch hazel or flannel. Apply Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Facemask. Leave fo
  3. my current skincare routine is african black soap with jojoba oil. i exfoliate on a weekly basis with honey and brown sugar. when i first started doing this routine, my skin was very clear. it looked the best it ever did, and it stayed clear for 5 months. now, my skin is breaking out and has been breaking out for a while and i don’t understand why. i have not changed my routine. is it time for a change ? or does this mean that my acne is from within my body ?

I wasn't taking care of my face and I let it get out of hand. I just want people to know how important it is to have a good skin care routine. Personally for me, post accutane, my skin is more sensitive now than it was before, but I don't get acne. The lack of sebum production has caused me t

    OCM with Argan Oil

Hey peeps, Perhaps the OCM (oil cleansing method) has been beaten to death already here, with mixed reviews. But I just wanted to share that once I started using the OCM with Argan oil, my skin absolutely loved it! I had actually sorta forgotten about it until someone told me they took the recommendation I gave to try it and their skin also loved it (in her words "I thought I'd go through some "purge" but no, my skin just said yes.") For anyone interested in trying the OCM, this is t
  6. The Oil Cleansing Method is changing my skin (in the best way possible). If you have acne-prone skin or suffer from other skin issues, you have to give oil cleansing a try. I’m telling you it WORKS. Ever since I started cleaning my face with oil I’ve noticed fewer breakouts and just overall healthier/clearer skin. In this new video I’ll break down why you should be cleaning your skin with oil to get rid of acne and of course, I’m also sharing my before and after results. Hope you find it helpfu
