  1. just when I'm in the clear, I break a sweat and the acne is back in full force. I wash my face before and after but it doesn't seem to help. What does everyone else do? I know I'm not the only one here that works out.
  2. OK so my question is kinda complicated. I started ordering the large BP bottles from Acne.org about a year ago. I still like using the regimine but these old bottles have gotten kinda hard to use lately. I can still feel that the bottle has plenty of BP about 20% BP left in it but no matter how often I hit the pump nothing comes out.   3. I feel like my body has been through a lot lately! Not related to the Accutane, but I went hiking a couple of weeks ago and scraped my knees and ankles, I spent some time outside and ended up with a bad tick bite, got my eyebrows waxed and ended up with a burn that made my eye pretty swollen for about a day AND THEN I got a really bad rug burn on my knee last weekend.   4. so apply bp every evening and on a 24 hour period after i have applied it when can i go for a run? the next day's afternoon before applying it again or what? should i wash before the regimen then go for a run and continue cleansing and applying bp that same evening?
  5. Hi guys, this is my first time posting. I've lurked on here for a while due to dealing with super oily skin throughout puberty and early adulthood. I felt the urge to post about my success for the past 3 weeks with niacin, in relatively small doses and exercise.     The BP is drying out my back SO much. I have to use a little lotion on my neck and shoulders so it won't be so terrible red all the time. I have a few (3) zits on my neck that didn't make it in the picture. (its hard to take pictures of your own back!). I have been washing my back after working out now, usually within 30 minutes. I have several scars (hyperpigmentation) right now and only a few zits left. So, I hope to be completely clear in the next month!

Also wondering if this is too much cleansing for combination, cystic-prone & acne-prone skin? 8:30 AM - Wash my face before work (Spectro Gel Wash, Moisturizer) 7:00 PM - Shower and wash my face again post workout (Spectro Gel Wash, Moisturizer) Midnight - Wash my face before bed (Spectro Gel Wash, Prescription Acne Stuff which is quite drying) ???? .
  8. My skin is pretty decent now, I have some small, bumpy whiteheads and red marks left but no more inflammations. Recently I decided to start running, hoping that it may improve my skin and make me healthier overall. I've noticed that after I get home that my skin looks better: the whiteheads seem smaller and the redness is a lot less noticeable? Is this real or is this just my brain being euphoric after a good work-out? Have a nice day people!
  9. Okay well I've been trying to exercise again but I feel I'm slacking off again. I get P.E. three times but it usually is not to difficult. I mainly do strength training and I've switched my lower body day to a high intensity interval training workout, mainly sprinting. I'm not sure if much of you know much about it but I've heard that it's much better than regular running and I agree. Like I said I'm trying to get lazy as I basically have no motivation execpt that I might be doing track and more
