  1. Last few weeks I've been breaking out in a single red zit on my chin. It went away a couple of days ago but it seems a new one sprang up in its place. It's the only place right now that I'm breaking out. I can't tell if it's hormonal, inflammatory, whatever. But it bugs me. This is what I have been doing: Wash face w/ Anatomicals face wash and silicon scrubber Tone with Thayers/Water/ACV mixture, or colloidial silver, or both moisturize as needed with EV coconut oil Man this thing is
  2. Whadup skincare routine! I thought I'd share with you my skincare routine (for both morning and evening) in the hope it can help you guys out there who are still suffering from that bastard we all know as acne. So, on we go: Morning LUSH Coalface Cleanser - I use this with an exfoliating pad I bought from Target. I cut little pieces off the block of cleanser and work it into a lather with my hands. I then apply to my face, wet the exfoliating pad, and "buff" the cleanser into my skin.
  3. Ok, so this is a list of the products that have been super effective for me. I use acne.org's cleanser, followed by the treatment of the same brand, then the moisturizer. After the moisturizer, I either use the AHA or bio oil (purcillin oil). I do this morning and night. In the middle of the afternoon, when my face tends to get greasy and yucky, I use a homemade astringent (I just call it a toner). It consists of 1 part APPLE CIDER vinegar, 2 parts cooled green tea, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
  4. Helo! Can't believe I have been following the regimen for 3 weeks already (booyeah)! After all the redness, flaking and itchy skin, I have finally passed that stage already. My skin is no longer red but as compared to my neck, it is still a bit darker. But yea most of the active acne, I can say, are 95% gone from my face There are still acne scars caused by previous acne in some part of my cheeks. But as for the forehead and nose area are pretty much cleared. My current skin routine: -
  5. Hey guys, how are you all today? I feel a little frustrated with myself, but its not because of my skin just chemistry...I am so not understanding it at all. I hope I start to get to grips with it soon though. Apart from that Im okay I guess. I felt quite down about my skin at the beginning of the week, you know I guess we all get like that sometimes...its so strange sometimes I am great other days I am the most pessimistic, anti-social person on the entire earth. I really hate it when I HA

    Day Seven!

*Sigh* As my first week passes looking back I don't know how well it really went. When I'm focused and on track I feel great and do great, but it's hard when things start to get in the way. Between swimming, and having company over I started to get tired andwould quickly wash before jumping ino bed. Followed by me sleeping until noon and rushing to wash and start my day. This made the quality of my washing awful, I didn't give my skin a chance to absorb what I was putting on it before piling on
  7. Hi, my name is Jessica and I am a first time poster and a first time regimen user. I was inspired by some continuous posts that I read of people on the regimen and therefore I decided to keep track of my success on the regimen with updated posts. I have to admit I recieved my regimen in the mail 2 weeks ago and I partially started to use it(Daniel Kern's facial wash, bp treatment, and moisturizer, I am not using anything else/or anything from the store, only acne.org products). That was my first
  8. Hello! I was hoping to get some ideas from others routines, so if you would be so kind as to tell me what you do in the AM and PM as far as skincare, that would be great. (: Morning: Cetaphil cleanser for all skin types Neutrogena moisture for combo skin Night: Neutrogena RapidClear oil eliminating cleanser (to remove makeup) Cetaphil cleanser for all skin types (to cleanse after makeup removal) Equate BP 2.5% treatment AcneFree Terminator 5% BP (for spot treatment on active blemishe
  9. Hi! I have very dry and sensitive acne prone skin. I tend to get cystic and nodular acne more than anything else though sometimes I will get pustules and what not too. I would like to know if anyone out there with similar skin problems has had any success with various products or routines. I feel that my skin has been going under some changes and it has been getting worse than it has been in the past. Some of the products I use right now are the CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser (which I think is
  10. Hi guys! So I live in the dorms on my college campus, and Im constantly changing my routine so my roommate doesnt see my skin! I sleep with my blanket covering my skin, always have concealer on, wait in bed till she leaves the room to wash my face, put my makeup on in the shower stall instead of my room! anybody else do anything crazy like me?! also, I cancel plans with my bf when my face is bad, which is all the time.
