  1. Hey guys! I'm a 20 year old female, 5'4'' and 115 pounds. This is my second round on accutane. I was only on it for three months last time until I had to stop because I couldn't afford it anymore. Last round I was taking Claravis and it cleared my face up really fast without any initial breakouts at all. Now that I can afford it again, I'm on accutane for a second round because it came back a little more severe but still moderate. I started Absorica on July 29, 2014 at 20mg. I'm currently at 40m
  2. I realized that I didn't post nearly as often last round of accutane (lol I just told my computer to add this word to dictionary bc its such a huge part of my vocab that I have to use so often now). I posted maybe 7 times up until day 40 then the day of my last pill. Am I handling this round differently? Different schedule? I think I feel the need to document this round as best as possible just in case I end up taking acc a third facking time and need to remember what side effects are normal, no
  3. I have pictures from last round that show I didn't have dramatic improvement until after the third month. I just started my second month so I know I shouldn't see dramAtic improvement, but damn am I tired of looking like this. Been on 70mg for 3 days now, worried about a second IB. so far my skin does look a little worse honestly but I don't feel as sad and frustrated about it as I did that one day last week. I've also been working out (speaking of which, i need to do today) which i think makes
  4. Hey everyone, So I went on accutane January of 2016, and finished 5 months later in June. My skin was so perfect for about a full year, and slowly it started to come back. After a long and upsetting battle between my skin and self confidence, I’ve decided to go on it again. Something I regretted last time was not keeping track of my progress, as it can be extremely disappointing to not see daily improvement. I plan to track my side effects, and just my skin in general on here! hopefully a
  5. Hi everyone, I'm on my second round of accutane now and I am taking a low dose (40mg, i weigh 180 lbs). I plan on taking this for a longer period of time because I know that accutane is about cumulative dose. I was just wondering if by taking a lower dose that i won't have as bad of an initial breakout, or if i won't breakout as much. I know it is different for everyone and there is no way to tell or no facts, but if people have been through this i would appreciate some anecdotal evidence or wh
  6. I literally have nothing to say besides its day 29 and my nose is annoyingly dry and crusty and needs to be tended to probably every 2 hours or boogers will form YAY -__- Oh, my doc appt is tomorrow and I get to find out what dose he puts me on. Its almost like waiting for Christmas. Fingers crossed that I get a dosage boost!! I'm tryna kill this sh*t asap. hahahahahaha f*ck acne, am I right? P.S. note to self: I think I felt so sh*tty yesterday because I got little to no sleep and ha
  7. Hi there! I have a few questions about Retin A. I was put on Differin 0.1 % cream about 2 years ago, and used it every night pretty much for the past 2 years. I used the Clindamycin lotion in the morning along with it. I stopped it a few months ago because I thought maybe I was at an age where my acne had finally calmed down and I could go without topicals. I was veryy wrong. I have recently broken out worse than I ever have before in my life, even worse than before the Differin. So this t
