  1. Not much happening. Feel like I have to apply lip balm every 10 minutes all day and I am breaking out in random huge spots all over rather than clusters now. They are those big painful under the skin ones. I am popping them, because of pain and how they look I can't leave them.
  2. Not much happening on the acne front but my arms are getting quite dry still. I am going to ask the derm tomorrow for some cream for them. Tomorrow! 4 weeks already. If the next few months go as well as this I would be happy. Estee Lauder double wear, wow! Where have you been all my (adult) life. It makes my skin look good. Here were some pics. I apply it with a brush and it goes on lovely.
  3. So, my blood results came back and they are all normal. So that is great news! At the moment it is looking like the back pain could be just muscular. It is quite a bit better at the moment anyway. She tested my Liver and Pancreas enzymes and my kidney function among other things, so that is some peace of mind. My 6 year old asked me this morning why my lips are all crusty.. My 4 year old said later on, 'yuck you got brains growing on your face'. Nice, these big three headed spots look like br
  4. Hey everyone I'm new to blogs and roaccutane so bare with me if its rubbish! I'm writing it hoping it will help me see my progress and if it can help anyone on the way it's a bonus I'm 25, suffer mild/moderate acne mainly on my cheeks & chin. Had a few cysts over the years but not many. I am generally healthy but have a slight issue with anxiety. Anyway day 2 of 30mg a day and I'm feeling pretty positive (I've read all the horror stories which I wouldn't advise anyone to do)
  5. Day 13 today and the dry lips properly kicked in this morning. They aren't just dry they sting too. So I guess the full effect of that took 2 weeks really. My nose is peeling all the way up now and it looks silly, make up can't cover the dryness! My back pain is here today but is worse the more I exert myself so I'm going to take things easy and see if it improves with rest. I was out in the bright sun this morning early for half and hour walking the kids to school, my face is now red q
  6. I don't have much to update but thought I'd put some pics up today. My skin remains dry but nothing really bad, I went out on Friday without my lip balm & had to go to a chemist to buy some... They were driving me crazy! (Lesson learned) I'm going out tonight for Halloween, still debating with myself whether to drink or not but whatever I do I'm sure ill update lol! (& yes I am going out with my skin in this state but I don't care, it's Halloween after all lol) Any advice or exp
  7. So day 17... Today was fun, I had another photo shoot with my friend the budding photographer. I would have normally had to blot my face about 3 times by 11am, I didn't have to do that at all. NO BLOTTING SKIN AT ALL TODAY!! Yay Lets get back to my skin... The initial breakout is really hitting me hard. I have about 20 cysts, that are painful and red. O what fun, but saying that as I had a photo shoot so I wore makeup for the first time in 17 days and covered just my spots, and used fi
  8. My chin under my bottom lip is the favourite place for these little beggars at the moment. They are big. I have noticed all these spots seem to be coming to a head around three times which is strange. My skin is a lot drier now and flaking most places, the creases around my nose are quite dry. My lips have the usual need for lipbalm 24/7. The Bare Minerals foundation came. The colour is a great match, Pure brightening serum foundation in Bare Linen. The coverage is nowhere near as full as I
