People on this forum say "avoid grains" and i agree, but are all grains bad? I know some grains can contain gluten which does cause problems for me but what else is there in the grains like rice or buckwheat which make them bad for acne? If we don't take the GI of foods into account.
Hi everyone, so I've been trying to root out dietary causes of my longstanding acne/bacne and have gone dairy, gluten, and junk food free for a while in those efforts. Do they balance those empty carbs with all that raw fish? Cause if you expose an asian to a Western diet, they will get a terrible case of acne usually. Okay, so I find that any multi-vitamins with too many b vitamins give me acne bumps, so I started taking KIDS gummies, cause they don't have nearly as much! But the one I have been taking has 30% the daily value of iodine in one gummy, and I only take one day. Also, it has some b vitamins in it, but nowhere near 100%.
