  1. @beautifulambition I'm currently about a week out of my very first Infini and subcision-suction treatment and despite mad gridmarks and PIH I'm certainly optimistic about these results in the next two months compared to my three prior Fractora Firm (RF microneedling) treatments in 2014. As of now I'm planning what should be the strategy going forward. My rolling and boxcar scars are slowly being less visible at angled lighting but I was thinking another round of Infini in three months
  2. One clinic near me (Waterloo, ON, CA) offers RF microneedling using the Alma V Shape Ultra. I googled it and information on it was scarce. This video is the most informative I've found on the device. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ClV02y-dms The clinic's consultant told me that needles penetrate the skin at a fixed depth, with the heat input controlled by the doctor. Does anyone have experience with this machine or something that works the same way? I am looking into getting RF
  3. While there is no Infini RF in Mexico one particular clinic in Tijuana has a RF machine called Alma Accent although it is used for body contouring. I'm most certain it can be used for acne scarring as well no? Is anyone familiar with this or has tried it? There's limited information about this. Why Mexico? Infini in England is so expensive and I'm going to be on holiday in Mexico around summer (yes, I will be bringing an SPF50++++ and parasol!). Better to kill two birds with one stone!
  4. I've got mark of whiter skin after Radiofrequency Microneedling. Anyone experience something like this? Any advices to get rid of it? I guess it was caused by to high energy?
  5. TLDR: Should I be worried about 3mm depth of microneedling performed by a new practitioner for fat loss in my face? Hello all, I am 37. I have mostly rolling scars with some box car that are ten years old. Before I properly educated myself, I wasted money on 3 fraxel treatments at a medspa that did nothing for my scars. The nurse promised great results and I was dazzled by hope. I did these treatments over the course of 2 year (fraxel was SO painful and ineffective). Over the last
  6. Hi everyone, I've had these scars on my forehead/glabella for around 14 years and have been trying to get some improvement. I've had 3 sessions of regular microneedling (over the past 4 months) and haven't seen any noticeable improvement. I know my scars are shallow but their appearence still bothers me. I am supposed to be seeing Dr Anil in London to have Secret RF microneedling but am quite nervous about the RF. He suggested that he do 2 passes, one at 1mm and another at 1.
  7. FIRST DAY OF TREATMENT - - SUBCISION so i finally started my acne scar treatment .. today i had subcision ..it was really painful . . not all my scars look raised or swollen as the lightning was good so may be my doctor was not able to see all the scars .... there was popping sound and lot of blood and pain ...... after two weeks i will have my first microdermabrasion and then two weeks after that first RF microneedling + subcision (as doc said if required as maybe she also saw som
  8. I had a whole bunch of treatments done on my face yesterday for my acne scarring. The before photo doesn't show the full extent of my scars but I've asked my doctor to send me the photos they took which I will upload as well. My main issues were uneven skin tone, red marks, a couple of small ice pick scars and quite a lot of rolling scars. First, I had numbing cream put on my face and had my blood drawn for the PRP. Once numb, I was injected with local anesthetic and then had my cheeks subci
