  1. Got to sleep fine. Up once with burning feet and for a piss.   9. Some acid reflux late last evening - had gone by the time i was in bed. Some slight problems getting to sleep - went to bed a bit earlier - took 30 odd mins to get to sleep. Didn't wake up for a piss or to cool feet down, feet were burning at one point but couldn't be arsed. A lot of gas in the early morning whilst in bed and upon waking. Not very smelly though. I suspect the payaya tablets. When i pressed on abdomen i could clearly feel a lot of "action" was going on.
