  1. For example when I was in high school I wanted to kill everyone who bullied me for it. I also use to punch and break things because of how it wrecked my life. Now a few years later I still have violent thoughts in general because of it and constant anger.
  2. I know I'm going through Puberty. Will dan's regimen still do its job?
  3. I am from the UK and recently purchased the range of regiman face product. I wanted your opinions on how effective this product actually is in comparison to anything else. I am also on differin right now, but I need something for the morning too and thought this would help. Having gone through some of these pictures, I saw success in all of you beautiful people. I am not happy with my apperance and wish to cleanse my face with acne, so please divulge any information regarding this product. R
  4. Hey all, I have been looking on the forums, and the internet and I have found little information to manually get rid of dead skin cells and gunk off your skin, I know AHA can do the job, but to me it doesn't actually 'move' anything. Except for the jojoba oil trick, does any one know of any tricks to exfoliate which complies to the regimen? Thanks!
  5. On my last blog , I said that my skin is super oily and didn't itchy at all ! But guess what happened ? It was starting to get itchy on day 2 and today (12/5/2016-day 3) it was like hell to me. My skin was completely dried and itchy like hell. I have to go to school and I had to suffer tried so hard not to scratch or even touch my skin. I didn't know whether to use the moistreriser or not whenever my skin felt tried ?. another thing that came to me is the enourmous pore. Before i started to

  7. Milk Free Diet Cleared My Cystic Acne, And.... ... Eliminating Sugar and most High GI/GL (Glycemic Index/Glycemic Load) foods cleared the rest of my 'white heads'. This worked for me, and will work for you. What I have been able to learn and understand for the past several years is that each and every person is different, and everyone will need to find what works for them and them alone. No one can do it for you, but this will do more for you than you could ever imagine. If anyone wa
  8. Okay, so my acne has been moderate for about seven years, but I finally got it to clear up using the regimen (not totally word for word but mine works so whatever) but of course I still have scarring. My scarring isn't too bad - bad enough to bother me but not so much I can't live with it for a year or so - and I'm wondering whether I should go straight for the scar treatment (thinking fractional co2 laser) or whether I should go on a course of accutane beforehand. My doctor has offered to p
  9. Hello everyone! I really want to buy the regimen, I've tried everything on my face but nothing works anymore! I have a really oily skin, especially on my cheeks and I've been suffering of acne since I was 12 (I'm 16 years old now). The problem is that I don't have a serious acne, I mean it's not that big. I used to have it on my forehead but it's completely gone now (exept for those unexpected pimples ugh) but on my right cheek I got some scars and that's where the acne works a lot. But I'm not
  10. Here's the background info: Started regimen a long, long time ago. About four years ago. After 5ish months on it I was baby face clear and stayed that way for about half a year. Mind you, during this time I could eat ANYTHING and not be affected. It was a good time. Flash Forward to now, my skin isn't that great. It's typically a week long breakout (1-2 zits a day, for a week) follow by a week of healing/red spots, followed up by two-three days of clear, nice looking skin. Only to break

2 Months Into Dans Regimen! Whoop!

The 2 month mark is here! 8 weeks! This is a crucial milestone, people. A crossroad of sorts. This is the time I told myself I'd evaluate my progress and decide if I should continue... Well? What do you guys think? Is it worth sticking it out another month? Another 2 months? Forever?!?
  12. So a little backround, I am an 18 y/o female that has had mild yet consistant acne for the past 4 years. I don't scar but I can have some hyperpigmentation. I had a bad breakout a couple months ago so I went on the regimen and made a derm appointment. I've been on the regimen for about 6-7 weeks now and I have seen much improvement but I decided to go to my derm anyway. She perscribed aczone and epiduo. Currently I am mainly getting clogged pores every couple days that eventually turn into smal

    It's A Long Story...

Isn't that what we tell all the dermatologists who we see, now? "Sooo, it all started when..." blah blah blah. So my story sounds a lot like what I've already heard so many times on this site. I'm 25, female, and have battled acne on and off since middle school. In high school, proactiv controlled it somewhat so that it was manageable. But my freshman year in college my periods went crazy, I got ovarian cysts, and my skin opened up a can of whop ass on me. Proactiv was no match for th

    Day 16: And We're Back

Well, I freaked out yesterday, but it looks like my skin is back to progressing. Most of the areas that were popped yesterday are either now red marks or smaller whiteheads, which I'm fine with. It could've been worse! Of course, my skin is also back to its insanely dry, red, and burning routine. Applying the BP is never bad, but for some reason when I put on the 2 pumps of moisturizer (and 5-6 drops of jojoba now ) my skin starts freaking out and stinging like mad. It definitely needs

  16. Hi Everyone, I finished Accutane about a month ago, and I already have a big pimple on my cheek. I've learned a lot while on Accutane. I'm being very gentle with my skin, barely touching while I wash, moisturizing, but here I am with a nodule. I'm still happy I went on Accutane, and I'm very certain it'll keep the cysts at bay, but I need something to help me with what I'm experiencing now. I'm very clear, but I feel like I have no course of action against the pimples I get from now on. Wh

  18. I've just ordered the Clenser and Moisturizer to do the Regimen because I currently have BenzaClin (aka Duac) . It contains 1% clindamycin phosphate and 5% benzoyl peroxide. I was prescribed this for my day treatment and Retin-A for nights. I was thinking should I use both of these as prescribed as my treatment options for the Regimen? Perhaps use only the BenzaClin as it is closer to the Regimen's recommended treatment (though stronger) or invest in the Regimen's treatment of 2.5% BP? Has anyo

    Day 43: Holding My Breath

Well, after some much needed moisturizer and jojoba, my skin is back on its way. The swelling is completely gone, and the redness has gone down significantly. Also, the popped areas are still healing. They're not completely gone, but they're looking a lot less angry! I did have to exfoliate with jojoba oil this morning, though. I rubbed a good amount of it between my hands and massaged my face with it in the shower. It works better for me when my flakes are wet; they just come right off
  20. Hello everyone, I just wanted to give a little update of my 4 month journey with this regimen. Quick background story: Hormonal acne, mild and I was on the pill Yasmin for more than 10 years, stopped, had a bunch of acne, tried a bunch of "natural" treatments, didn't stick to a routine, got scared, went back on the pill, it was horrible and now I stopped it again, 6 months ago, promising to stick to the Acne.org regimen. Aha question

If I am only using the benzoyl peroxide on certain areas of my face, do I do the same with aha? For instance I am not putting the BP on my forehead at all , will I be putting the aha on my forehead once I start using it?
  22. Giday all, I've been on the regimen (cleanser, treatment and moisturizer) for about 2 weeks now and I have no complaints just a few questions Im hoping you guys can help me with: Firstly - In the first week I put on the Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% each night about a pea size and it made my skin peel. I stopped using it for a couple of days and just kept cleansing and moisturising morning and night and got my skin functioning again. Im now using the treatment (BP) once every two nights and just a

    Day 1

I would like to start of by saying that my acne by no means is bad. It used to be pretty moderate, but I've been using the regimen for about three/four months now and it's been helping. I was originally just using it once a day, but recently I decided to slowly implement using it twice daily. Boy, does my skin burn. My skin is slightly pink, which is normal. I know I need to get used to using it twice daily. However, I'm surprised by how badly my eyelids burn seeing as the bp stays completley
  24. HELLO Beautiful people. I recently uploaded a video about my 5 month experience using the 3 step regimen from Acne.org. 25. Hey guys .. I have a problem. After using the regimen, my skin has become more oily and more darker. I use this product for almost 3 months. Although the first day I used it, my skin becomes darker. I stopped using this product for almost 2 weeks, then I can see my skin color back to my natural skin tone and less oily. BUT since I use the regimen, my acne became less and prevent it from popping up. No doubt. Recently, I continue to use this product because my pimple started to appear again.
